- Vanilla Vodka1 1/2 oz
- Passion Fruit Liqueur1/2 oz
- Passion Fruit Purée1 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice1/2 oz
- Vanilla Simple Syrup1/2 oz
- Sparkling Wine2 oz
- Passion Fruit Half garnish1/2
Steps
- Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine into a Cocktail Shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled Coupe Glass.
- Garnish with a half passion fruit.
- Serve with a sparkling wine sidecar on the side.
