About the Sidecar
The Sidecar is a classic cocktail made with cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice, offering a balance of sweetness and acidity. The rimmed sugar glass enhances the drink's smooth taste, making it a perfect option for any occasion. Its origins trace back to the early 20th century, and it's still a staple in cocktail culture.
This drink is ideal for those who enjoy strong, sour cocktails with a bit of sweetness from the triple sec.
