Steps

  1. Rinse a chilled Rocks Glass with Absinthe.
  2. In a Mixing Glass, muddle Sugar, Peychaud's Bitters, and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Add Whiskey (Rye).
  4. Fill with ice.
  5. Stir.
  6. Strain into a Rocks Glass and serve straight.
  7. Over the surface, twist and discard Lemon Peel.
